It was my unexpected pleasure to benefit from Dan's meticulous work, and I have already asked him back to tackle drywall needed due to a recent HVAC installation. He is far better than anyone out there, and here's why: He comes out to review the required work and provides suggestions for consideration prior to compiling a detailed estimate of the scope and cost of the tasks. As a longtime project manager in the banking industry, it is wonderfully refreshing to do business with someone who clearly focuses on quality from the outset.
